Delivery fee & Pickup

Delivery lead times Please allow 2-3 working days for us to pack and dispatch your order. All orders will be dispatched every Tues & Thursday. We will contact you to inform you on your incoming delivery. *All orders are delivered by seller’s own fleet Express Delivery For next day delivery, please make your order before 6pm and select express delivery. Please note there will be no deliveries on weekends - There will be a $10 surcharge regardless of number of products ordered - *All orders are delivered by seller’s own fleet Delivery fees Free islandwide delivery for purchases above $40. A $5 delivery fee will apply for orders below $40. Self-collection Self collection is free However, kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to process and pack your orders. Self collection is available at Boon Keng F16 Taxi Stand (Mon – Fri, 9am to 4pm) Please select the Self collection option when you check out. o [Exit B, Turn right upon exiting the MRT Station] o Strictly no transactions over the MRT Gantry Can I change my delivery information after an order? Should there be a mistake in your address, - Please email us immediately on the same day that you’ve placed your order. - We will not be held accountable for the wrong delivery address if an email is not sent to us within the same working day. What happens if I miss my delivery? Please ensure that you have selected a time slot at which you or a family member is present at home to collect your order. A redelivery fee of $5 will apply in the event of a failed delivery

Returns, exchange and cancellation

Can I cancel my order? All orders made are final and cannot be cancelled. What’s your return/exchange policy? All purchases made are final, and non refundable. However, If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately at Returns, exchange or refund will not be offered for handmade items for slight imperfections due to the handmade nature of these products. I received the wrong product We sincerely apologise if you received a product different from what you have ordered. Please contact us immediately at and we’ll make sure to get you the correct product you have ordered.

Payment modes

What payment modes do you accept? We accept payment via Debit/credit Cards, Paynow (UEN), and bank transfers. For Bank transfers and Paynow, please email us within 24 hours at with a screenshot of the receipt for verification purposes. A confirmation email will be sent together with your invoice upon verification. Kindly email us in the following format:

Planting Kits

Will the seeds expire? From our experience, the seeds should be best grown no more than 3 months after purchase. Fret not, for our microgreen kits, we ensure that our seeds are all viable before putting them up for sale, as we test them out on every restock batch on our side. *For more information about Plant care, kindly refer to here under our Articles Page! Are they edible? Yes! Edible raw and cooked, Micro Greens are a tasty garnish, or even as a main dish! Can I grow them out? Certainly! Many of the seeds we grow are able to thrive in our hot and humid, tropical conditions! Refer to our articles on how we transplant the baby greens and care for them.
